It looks like the spring melt has arrived. As you can see water levels are still low.
The outhouse at the Acton Boat launch has been vandalized. The Maine Department of Conservation that maintains the launch has been notified.
Ice is almost out. It is a gorgeous day today and the promise of summer is in the air. 3/29/06 - Linda Schier
Update- 3/23/06 The ME Dept of Conservation has repaired the outhouse. Thanks for the quick work.
