(Best Ball Format)

PROVINCE LAKE COUNTRY CLUB
Parsonfield, Maine
FEE:  $85 per golfer if paid by September 4th
$90 per golfer after September 4th
Includes greens fees, carts, BBQ luncheon, and prizes
Non-golfer BBQ luncheon $7.50 (let us know in advance!)

ALL MONIES, AFTER EXPENSES, WILL GO TOWARDS LAKE WATER QUALITY TESTING
